The kit contains a 40mm fan, a set of 4 aluminium heat sinks (fit Pi3 and Pi4) and of course the required bolts to assemble the TerraPi PE on the Raspberrry Pi and SSD drive.
You will have to provide for the Raspberry Pi and SSD drive and USB to SATA cable on your own.
