We are now shipping with DHL to European Countries (EU/non EU) with faster delivery than regular Post and cost of 10 EUR (average price).
If you do not want to wait 30 days (especially in Souther Europe) please choose DHL Economy


Orders ship same or next day (depending on time of order) if products are in stock.

Please be aware that packages shipped with Slovak Post take longer than usual!
TNT/FedEx Courier arrive on time.

Shipping to Italy

Due to many delays from the Italian Post, we are shipping ONLY WITH TNT/DHL Courier to Italy from 23/01/2021

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Slovak Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by alternate courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS

If you want to return an item, please contact us first to obtain an RMA. If the item is in warranty, you will have the option to get a replacement or a refund. If returning for a refund, please make sure that the product(s) are in the original packaging and unopened condition. A refund will be made within 2 business days.
Return shipping is done at the customer expense and must be done with registered post and have a tracking code.
